Residents - Service Request

When we moved back to Holt after 20 years we stopped to check out Cricket Ridge to rent an apartment (we were going to build a new home). After looking around for several months we found it was hard to find anything to compare to the apartment we were living in..so we made Cricket Ridge our “home”! …for nine years now! The staff has made our living “very easy”. They are very special.

We came to stay just a year and never left! We feel like the staff is part of our family, always knowing they are there for us. We enjoy the weekly gathering and getting to know the neighbors. It’s a great place to live with staff that treats you like family.

Always having had a private home I could not imagine apartment living. However, I did not know Cricket Ridge…the amenities are great, the apartment layout is ideal, the owners and staff considerate and helpful.  Cricket Ridge is a “classy” place, a great one in which to live.  I’m very happy here.

I’ve lived here at Cricket Ridge going on 10 years. I’ve lived in the other communities so I can compare how well the management takes very good care of their property here. I enjoy living in Delhi Twp.

Have lived here for 13 years!! I can’t imagine wanting to live any other place! Great people, staff and maintenance are super! To top it all off, the grounds are beautiful!

The Cricket Ridge management is friendly and demonstrates concern for the tenants. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and activities are monitored to suppress events that would be offensive. The pool and exercise facilities available to us are nice amenities. We would highly recommend this community to our friends! (resident 9 years)

Cricket Ridge is a great place to live. I like that I can walk to the bank, library and the post office. The other residents are friendly and the office and maintenance staff are wonderful.
